Barstarzz member Vertical is demonstrating a “Heavy Lifting” routine. This routine’s principles are: Perform a high intensity muscle building exercise, and everything is done with low repetitions. 3 Sets of each exercise, and perform each exercise in 3 to 5 repetitions. Remember to stretch and warm up before attempting this routine.
