One of the most spectacular striking fighters in Russian mixed martial arts, Russian kickboxing champion and world champion in UKADO Artur Guseinov met with an experienced Ukrainian fighter, winner of the world cup in pankration and vice world champion in combat sambo Evgeniy Fomenko.

Their fight took place on December 8, 2012 at the M-1 Challenge 36 tournament

By that time, the Ukrainian fighter had knockout victories over such mixed martial arts masters as Murad Kamilov, Albert Duraev and Renat Latifov. And Artur Huseynov simply paved his battle path with knocked out opponents. Therefore, the audience had the right to expect something special in this battle.
