Earlier this year M-1 Challenge bantamweight champion Movsar Evloev moved to the UFC and left his belt vacant. 135 division in M-1 Global is packed with great athletes and two of the best will fight for the vacant belt on June 28th in the capital of Kazakhstan Nur-Sultan.
Sergey Morozov (14-4) already had one title shot, but he could not defeat Evloev on his home soil up in the mountains of Ingushetia. Morozov won three fights in a row after that and now can become the second M-1 Challenge champion from Kazakhstan in the history.
Alexander Osetrov (5-0-1) is a very talented 22-year-old prospect. Undefeated student of Alexander Shlemenko won all his fights by decision and in the last fight he defeated the elder brother of the former champion and won his title shot. If Alexander wins the title, he will join his teammate Roman Bogatov in the list of M-1 Challenge champions.
