Petchdam Petchyindee Academy firmly established himself as one the best strikers on the planet when he captured the ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Title. However, the Thai’s phenom road to the top would never have happened were it not for a chance encounter back in his humble village. Having seen a few Muay Thai athletes training near his home, Petchdam was immediately intrigued by the sport, and lucked his way into a gym when he was just 10 years old. From then on, the Thai superstar focused all his energy into the sport and worked his way up the Muay Thai ladder. Now, looking to cement his position atop the flyweight division, he defends his strap for the first time against Moroccan-Dutch star Ilias Ennahachi at ONE: DREAMS OF GOLD in Bangkok.
