Team Lakay’s Gina Iniong began boxing in her adolescence, and later transitioned to wushu, becoming a national gold medalist. After turning pro and dominating the regional martial arts scene in the Philippines, Iniong made the jump to ONE Championship, where she has emerged victorious in three out of four bouts. At ONE: BATTLE FOR THE HEAVENS in Guangzhou, Iniong will look to take down Brazilian star Istela Nunes to make her case for a ONE Women’s Atomweight World Title shot.
