Before he was brought in to the esteemed Team Lakay to be part of the groundbreaking stable, Danny Kingad’s liefe in martial arts began with kickboxing. But through the guidance of Coach Mark Sangiao and his fellow teammates, the Filipino phenom quickly made a name for himself with the stable’s famed wushu style on the global stage as he went on to record three successive wins before falling short in his first shot at the ONE World Title. As the only blemish in what is an otherwise spotless record, “The King” is looking to secure another shot at the flyweight strap when he returns to action for the ONE Flyweight World Grand Prix semi-final against Reece McLaren at ONE: DAWN OF HEROES in Manila.
