Amanda Cerny ” Here is a pretty simple workout that I like to do the day before any of my important photo shoots. This workout makes it so my muscles do not get too overworked before the day of my shoot and gives me a proper calorie burning, Hight Intensity Interval Training session at the same time!

30 Cross Leg Lifts (Right)
30 Cross Leg Lifts (Left)
30 Fire Hydrants (Right)
30 Fire Hydrants (Left)
30 Leg Lifts (Right)
30 Leg Lifts (Left)
3x One Minute Plank (15 second break in between each set)
30 IN-N-OUTS
30 Bicycles
30 Pulse Ups
30 Crunches
30 Scissors
30 seconds – Wonder Woman
25 Single Leg – Arm Raises (right)
25 Single Leg – Arm Raises (left)
30 Side Leg Lifts (right)
30 Side Leg Lifts (left)
1 minute Mountain Climbers
