One of the main fights of the evening featured M-1 Challenge veteran Alexander Osetrov, who has competed six times under the M-1 Global banner and was competing for the organization’s bantamweight championship.

His opponent was Rustambek Nurzhanov, aka Volkodav, a fighter from Kyrgyzstan who made a name for himself competing in EFC and MMA Series tournaments. His professional record stood at seven wins in ten fights.
