The fights of Fedor Emelianenko on the very New Year’s Eve have become a real tradition for fans of mixed martial arts. In total, the Last Emperor fought eight times almost to the sound of chimes.
It is logical that this tradition also affected the fighters who are part of Fedor’s team. Today we will see the fight that the reigning Bellator champion Vadim Nemkov had 7 years ago at the dawn of his professional career and which was his first fight outside of our country.
On December 29, 2015, he competed at the Rizin promotion tournament. Vadim had four victories in four fights and numerous championship titles in combat sambo. As rivals, he got an experienced Croatian fighter Goran Reljic, nicknamed the Ghost. The Croatian has a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, many victories in various MMA tournaments, four fights in the UFC Octagon and the KSW light heavyweight title.
