At the 2017 IMMAF World Championships, Ciaran Clarke and Tobias Harila would face off for the second time under the IMMAF banner.

Elite Swedish knockout artist Tobias Harila had previously defeated the Irish submission specialist in Clarke. However, this only incentivized Clarke, who came out with a point to prove in the rematch.
