The King of Kung Fu or the King of Sanda. This is not only a fighting nickname, but also an official title that best reflects the real strength and merits of our today’s hero in martial arts. Muslim Salikhov is the most titled wushu sanda fighter in the world. An athlete from the famous Five Sides of the World school became the champion of Russia three times, the champion of Europe twice and won the title of world champion in this type of martial arts five times. In 2006, at the most prestigious international wushu sanda tournament for the title of the king of kung fu, Muslim confidently won against all his rivals and became the only fighter not from China, who won the honorable and cherished title. In 2011, Salikhov began performing in mixed martial arts tournaments and a couple of years later signed a contract with M-1 Global. Today we will watch a fight with his participation, which took place on November 30, 2013 in Tula at the M-1 Challenge 44 tournament. Muslim’s opponent was the Italian of Croatian origin Filip Kotarlich, who was the champion of Italy in kickboxing and mixed martial arts.
